How long will the nails stay on?
The durability varies based on how you care for them and your daily activities. Typically, they last for up to 2 weeks (glue) or 1-5days (sticky tabs)
Make sure to use an ample amount of glue for a secure hold.
Remember to gently buff your nail beds before applying glue. This enhances the adhesive's grip on your natural nails.
Can I use the nails again?
Totally! Give the nails a good cleaning before you reapply them – a little sandpaper can help get rid of any leftover glue residue.
Are my natural nails safe?
Absolutely! Your natural nails underneath your PURRFECT nails press-ons are completely safe. The nail glue used is non-damaging and won't harm your natural nails.
For maintaining the health of your natural nails, make sure you follow proper preparation and application steps. The recommended wear time is between 7 to 14 days. Going beyond 14 days might increase the risk of water getting trapped between the artificial nail and adhesive, potentially leading to bacterial growth. To prevent this, when the nails start to lift, use the removal process. You can reuse the nails; just make sure your natural nails and the artificial ones are well-prepared for reapplication.

Why did my nails come off?
No worries! If some of the nails are popping off sooner than others, it's likely due to uneven glue application. Just add a bit more glue to your natural nail and a dot on the back of the artificial nail, then reapply it.

Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
We understand your eagerness to get your hands on your new PURRFECT nails! We're just as excited. Your order will be shipped within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. If you've chosen Priority Mail, your order will typically be shipped within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.
Shipping Options?
All orders are shipped by Canada post. We offer the following shipping options for all Canada, U.S and U.K orders:
Standard: 4-8 Business Day Transit Time
Xpresspost™: 2-4 Business Day Transit Time
For orders under $80CAD, there's a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 within Canada and $12.99 to the U.S. If your order goes above $80 CAD, you'll enjoy free shipping to USA and Canada with standard trackable delivery.
For Xpresspost™, there is an additional shipping charge of $39.99 CAD for shipments within Canada and $45.99 CAD for shipments to the U.S.
All U.K. orders will be shipped via Canada Post standard shipping, with an estimated transit time of 6-10 business days. There is a charge of $20 CAD for shipments, but if your order totals $150 CAD or more, you can enjoy free shipping
Estimated shipping timeframes begin once orders ship. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. The timeframes mentioned above are only estimates. To verify whether the package will arrive within a certain timeframe, please contact us

What if I entered the wrong address?
No problem at all! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can totally help you update the shipping address. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible at service@purrfectnailsyyc.com
If your order has already been shipped, we're sorry, but we won't be able to change the address. Canada post doesn't allow address changes during transit. You might want to reach out to Canada Post directly to see if they can help reroute the package once it reaches the initial destination.
Can I return the products?
